BVery bad service! I was supposed to pick-up a parcel that, according to their tracking system, already arrived 3 days ago. So after queuing for over an hour, the staff said that it is not with them yet (even with their tracking system says otherwise) and that it is not their fault if it has not arrived yet. Who should be blamed then? Me? The sender? This crappy kind of service should not exist in this kind of business. To make it worse, I was told to only pick up the parcel once I got an SMS from them. Does it mean if they do not send me a text message I should not try picking it up? And if they lost it, will I get a text message? This is unacceptable! Who’s liable for this kind of service, the customer?!
